While our company has been operating for the past six years, our collective experience in the homebuilding industry spans over two decades – a solid 26 years of navigating the complexities and mastering the nuances of construction. This deep-rooted expertise means that no matter the scope or challenge of your project, our team possesses the knowledge and skills to handle it with confidence and precision.

Leading our team is Zach Gavos, a graduate of Texas A&M University. He is respected figure within the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA), and his commitment to excellence is evident through his consistent service on the GHBA Board of Directors for the past 7 years, including a term as Custom Builders Council President and future 2026 Bay Area Builders Association President. Zach has been appointed as a Director for the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) and continues his involvement and commitment in order to help better our industry. Zach's leadership is driven by a passion for building homes to the highest standards, meticulously adhering to all construction science principles to ensure unparalleled quality. Beyond the technical aspects, he is deeply committed to providing exceptional care and clear communication to each of our clients throughout the entire building process.
